The space

The small 2 bedroom house is comfortable and heated, or cooled with good split system air conditioning.

Plenty of off street parking.

The backyard is fully accessible to vehicles and available for use.

The block is fenced along three of the four boundaries, but without side gates to keep young children within the backyard.

No smoking inside please. If smoking outside, please use the ashtray provided on the outdoor table.

Guest access

- Easy access to house via electronic keypad with your own PIN.

- You can even arrive very late without any access issues.

- All areas of the house, yard and facilities are available, except inside the (locked) rear shed.
