Peter and Lyn Kent the proprietors of Salt and Pepper Catering have over 40 years combined experience in kitchens in England, France, Queensland and numerous kitchens in Adelaide and of course in the Riverland.

At Salt and Pepper Catering our food philosophy is simple - we source the best produce we can possibly find and treat it with respect. Using the finest of regional ingredients we create honest, delicious food that is seasonal and innovative.

Our experience shows that when it comes to memorable food, less is so often more and we keep this in mind when developing and preparing our menus.
